Entry Details

To enter you will need:

*Mandatory

• Product MSRP
• Scheduled/actual ship date * 
• Description of your product's design and/or technological innovation ( <200 words) * 
• Three most important product features ( <100 words) * 
• Benefits your product provides to the integrator ( <100 words) * 
• Promotional description of the product to be used online and in print ( <50 words) * 
• An electronic file of the company logo * 
• Up to ten product photos (at least one is mandatory) * 
• Product specification sheet
• Link to more information about the product

 
Entry Fees

• $647 Early Bird Entry Fee for your first submission (must be paid by April 16, 2026) 
• $747 Regular Deadline Entry Fee for your first submission 
• $547 Entry fee for any additional submissions after the first submission

Deadline for Submissions

• Early Bird Deadline: April 16, 2026 
• Regular Deadline: May 21, 2026
   

Winners Announced

Winners will be announced during InfoComm '26, and they will be covered extensively in CI+SSI and on CommercialIntegrator.com.
 

Rules

Your product must have either shipped in the 12 months before May 21, 2026, OR be scheduled to ship in the six months immediately following that date. 
 

Judging Criteria

An unbiased judging panel of credible industry leaders, along with the editors of Commercial Integrator, will consider all aspects involved, such as innovation, functionality, competitive advantages and integrator benefits.
